Monroe, director of the Nebraska Department of Economic Development, which was to coordinate the trip. "Several businessmen from around the state have expressed interest in making such a trip, Monroe said, "but it was decided that the busy fall season was not the best time of year for them to leave their businesses." Monroe said that Gov. Norbert Tiemann has assured him that "if there is sufficient interest, he will personally lead a group to Asia in the spring to explore business opportunities for Nebraskans there." Saturday, Oct.

-6301 Havelock, $33,000. Legal Rights Of Children May Be Viewed The Constitutional rights of children may be questioned in Nebraska, Lancaster County Court Judge the W. W. Nuernberger told 24th annual Social Work Institute in Lincoln. In a recent Washington, D.C., case, Nebraska's procedure of the county attorney deciding whether an accused child goes to juvenile or adult court may be questionable, he said.

That ruling also declared that welfare workers' reports on juveniles could be examined and cross-examined in hearings. Further, rather than letting a child off with a delinquency charge, now the Supreme Court has declared that everyone incolved should know the specific charge. Other decisions that legal counsel must be furnished in delinquency hearings when the child cannot afford an attorney.
